The HEVES-x type grain drier has been primarily designed for the drying of corn, wheat, and other cereals, as weS! as of leguminous plants and oil-seeds. The drying equipment is operating continuously, by means of cross flow, equipped with a ring shaft, working with a remixing of the cooling air. The TURN-FLOW system equalizing the humidity of the grain is situated in the ring shaft. The external and internal parts of the ring shaft consist of perforated sheets, leading through both the drying and cooling air flows. The drying air is introduced into the drying chamber by means of centrifugal ventilators. The dried grain Is removed from the drier through a removing unit operated by a humidity regulator equipped with a frequency converter. The frying equipment is controlled and the drying processes regulated by a QUANTUM type reguiator system.
